We’ve Come To This

[H] ow far have we sunk? From the Founding Fathers to the whiny man-child is an incredible stretch. The differences beggar the imagination.

I grew up in the thirties, the forties and the fifties. I served in the army. I served in intelligence. I served in elective office. And in my geezerhood, I am rewarded with seeing this nation that I served stoop to the depths by electing a piece of garbage, a worthless piece of chit that has no understanding, appreciation or concern for it or its citizenry. Am I supposed to spend the next four years throwing up in my mouth?

Some readers may have gotten the impression that I hold a very low opinion of Donald Trump. They are correct. Should I esteem someone so dangerous to our nation, our citizens, our ideals, our laws and Constitution?

Donald’s first act as president was to increase the mortgages of some 800,000 people by $500 a year. These families were not in the upper-income strata. Who cares? Certainly not the manchild-in-chief.

He pisses off a gender. The women’s march in protest to his positions roused 3 times as many on Saturday as showed up for his inauguration. That was just in Washington. There were more than 600 demonstrations held around this country and around the world. Rallies were held on all 7 continents. That includes Antarctica.

This clown is reported to have gone ballistic in the White House. With our troops in danger around the world, the world in danger of climatic and environmental catastrophe, tens of millions of Americans worried about losing health coverage, the dangerous decay of our infrastructure and myriad other serious problems, our glorious leader is picking fights with, and blaming the media, over how many few people bothered to attend his coronation.

Bozo ignores photographic proof of the lack of enthusiasm he engendered and claimed, with no proof, that as many as 5 million illegal aliens voted for his opponent. There may have been as many as 3 to 5 million denied the right to vote against him. That would have had him losing in a landslide, in both the popular vote and in the Electoral College. By any measure other than the Electoral College, he is a loser.

He denies facts and creates lies to bolster his ego. He cannot hide a serious personality disorder(s) from anyone other than himself and the knuckle-braggers.

I was told that it is unseemly for me to show such disrespect for the president. My contempt is for a greedy, incompetent, know-nothing, misanthropic, semi-literate, racist liar. He is the one showing disrespect for the presidency.

I hope no one considers my views of this moron to indicate that I support his impeachment. His would-be successor is potentially even more of a danger.
