Is this what I gave my military service for? Do those who voted for the spoiled brat, the ignoramus, realize they share the same leanings as Vladimir Putin, the KKK and Scott Baio?
It’s not a nightmare. It’s a tragedy. It’s an embarrassment. It will be a permanent, historical stain on a great experiment to see if the populace could rule themselves. A recovery may be possible but the damage done, the national trauma, the harm to be done to millions of people lies ahead. Those voters will pay for their stupidity . . . but so will the rest of us.
