I’m also in Tennessee. I got my real estate license about 25-30 years ago. Call the Board of Realtors. They have courses periodically that are relatively inexpensive. They may hold them at their facility or at a local junior college. As for which broker to work for, it changes from time to time. Just ask several agents. I only lasted a couple of years. The average real estate agent makes less than $5,000 a year. There are a few established professionals who know how to play the game and they do pretty well.

I’m planning on getting my real estate agents license in the next few weeks. I’ve heard that Century 21 and some other companies have their own courses. Is it better to attend their course or just a regular local real estate school. Also what companies are good for new agents.

Any advice you can give is appreciated! Thanks!

Oh and I’ll be getting my license in Tenessee.

I’m planning to visit Amsterdam, Netherlands next week. I would like to know whether the Marriot Hotel (located between Leidseplein and Vondelpark) or the Renaissance Hotel (located between Central Station and Dam Square) would be more convenient given the winter weather.

Which hotel location is better for tourist to see the major attractions in the wintertime? Any other travel tips for exploring Amsterdam in December? Thank you.
