It’s happening in the 1^st Congressional District of Maryland. That’s Silver Spring, MD.

Here you can see the new uniform requirements for Congressmen who are not themselves corporations.

If you look closely, you may see that the Nascar driver on the left may be practicing to actually run for Congress. Just check out his middle finger.
